Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

This is a 4 day class. Please read entire description before registering. 

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt will provide you with a thorough understanding of enhanced problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) model. The Green Belt will work on small, carefully defined Six Sigma project. A Green Belt certification is ideal for those that will be tasked with improving existing processes, these could be processes that are not standardized, don’t have established metrics or looking to reduce errors or cycle time of those processes. Students with no prior experience in Six Sigma are welcomed. Green Belt Training & Certification: 32 PDUs

Must attend all four classes, complete a project and pass the exam in order to recieve a certification. The dates are April 25th, May 9th, May 30th, and June 13th. 

Option to pay with cash/cashiers check/money order at the begining of class but, please pay a $150 deposit to secure your spot. We will work with those who need to pay installments, please email leanexcellencetaylor6@gmail.com with any questions you may have.
